Turner Farm

The Turner Farm Project is a 48-acre farm on the outskirts of Swanwick, originally established in 1740 to provide education for poor and disadvantaged children.

Now part of Valley CiDS, it continues this legacy by enriching lives through outdoor learning. The farm serves as a vocational learning site for young people on our Blend Youth Project Alternative Education programme. The Blend team often organise trips to the farm to bring young people during their holiday activity programme sessions, to learn about animal care and how the farm works.
